Established in May 1993, Fastrack has been around this business for nearly 20 years. From small scale refurbishments to major multi-national developments, we manage projects of all sizes in construction, engineering and facilities management. By providing clear and concise project management information up front, and updated with constant communication, Fastrack has helped our clients reduce and manage project costs, saving much time through effective project management efficiencies and improving risk and cost management.

This is an excellent method of executing a project for clients who need flexibility or cannot totally define their project requirements at the outset. Fastrack offer expertise in design solutions for agreed fees and can execute the construction for a fixed fee. The cost of the works is carried with complete transparency.
